We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive safely. Plants are securely potted or wrapped, and we use protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

We strive to ensure every plant arrives in perfect condition. However, if your plant is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the plant or offer a refund.
